About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide comprehensive care plans.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions through telehealth platforms.
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Stay updated on telehealth regulations and best practices.
- Provide follow-up consultations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of telehealth technologies and online patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Current CPR and BLS certifications are required.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
- Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to improving health outcomes.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
