About the Role:
APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Assistant to join our growing team in Conyers, GA! This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the revenue cycle process within a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities:
- Process and submit medical claims to insurance carriers accurately and in a timely manner
- Review and verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with appeals and resubmission of denied or rejected claims
- Maintain accurate patient billing records and documentation in the EMR/EHR system
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries
Requirements:
- Prior experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration preferred
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Knowledge of insurance claim submission processes and EOB interpretation
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- CPC, CPB, or related billing/coding certification is a plus

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
